It awoke for the second time that day in a daze, blinking water and viscous ooze from it's eyes, temporarily blinded as a newborn tadpole was to it's first view of life's harsh lighting.
It peeled it's limbs away from it's body, sticky solution dripping between the gaps like syrup. It then sat there, unblinking, staring blankly ahead.
The pounding head ache prevented it from doing much else, blood slithering down it's face, following the liquid lines from the water that had somewhat cleansed it off while it was unconscious. Blood. Blood everywhere it seemed. Even when it blinked, the red liquid seeped from its tear-ducts and journeyed down it's face.
The headache, it felt like it's skull had been ripped open.
Why? It had no idea...for now, it would just sit there. Waiting for everything to make sense.
Quick little drabble for the drawing. I wanted to draw the aftermath of Dinono's "accident". It woke up from the transformation, once when it went wrong it began the thrash violently, attempting to tear away it's skin in pain.
Thats when things exploded, the lab almost got destroyed, and it was nearly killed when an electric current lit up the tank. Some how, it both killed then kick started it's heart.
When it woke up, it had no memory, it literally sat there for hours as each little bit of it's life came back to it. And then it finally got up to clean up the mess.
And thus, Dinono was created.
Both happy and unhappy with the picture. Got to try out things I haven't done before/haven't done in awhile, and learned a thing or two.
But I feel like there isn't enough focus on Dinono, it's too chaotic.
i know your still practicing with this style but there are good and bad thing about this peice first of,the eletrical wireing is good though you might want think about how a torn cord would look like second, the broken glass and water dripping is very nice and very natural also the water on dinono is fine but think how the water would make him shine third, the blood effect superb and natural how the blood drips from his/herface and scrachtes finaly,i`m not sure why but the end of the tail bugs me it just doesnt blend into the background like the rest of the body but the hair seems fine all in all, fine work afew nicks here and there but very well done
